Commercial epc's

What are Energy Performance Certificates? An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) shows the Energy Efficiency Rating (energy costs) of a property on a scale of A (most efficient) to G (least efficient).

How is an EPC produced?

Producing an EPC involves taking a series of measurements and photographs both inside and outside your property. This includes examining your heating and hot water system, insulation, lighting and building construction. The survey itself will look into all parts of the building and take around 45 minutes to two hours or more for complex properties.

Why do I need an EPC?

Since 2008, EPCs have been a legal requirement for all non-domestic properties marketed for sale or rent. They are also a pre-requisite for anyone who wishes to apply for the Governments Feed-in-Tariff scheme.

Why use Beach Energy?
